This policy describes how MyConvert handles data when you use our website, upload files for conversion, create an account, or contact support.
By using the service, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Use.
Information we process
When you convert a file, we temporarily process the content you upload and the technical data required to run the tool (for example, file type, size, and timestamps).
If you sign in, we also process account details you provide (such as email) and usage information needed to operate your profile and conversion history.
If you use the contact form, we process the details you submit so we can respond to your request.
Retention and deletion
Converted outputs and uploaded working files are kept only for the time needed to complete processing and allow you to download results. After that, files are removed on a scheduled basis according to our retention settings.
Exact retention windows may vary by tool or configuration; administrators may adjust housekeeping policies as the service evolves.
Security
We use HTTPS for data in transit. Access to processing infrastructure is restricted to what is needed to operate the service.
No security practice can guarantee 100% protection. If you work with highly sensitive data, consider your organisation policies before uploading.
