Credits are used only when a tool requires them. Many conversions on MyConvert stay free. You can top up from your account flow when you are signed in.
How credits work
Credits are an internal balance used by certain tools or higher-throughput workflows. When a tool lists a credit cost, that amount is deducted after a successful conversion (or as described on the tool page).
If you are not signed in, tools that do not require credits continue to work as free utilities where available.
Refunds and issues
If a paid conversion fails due to a service error, contact support through the Contact page in the footer and include the approximate time and file type (not the confidential contents).
We may request additional details to investigate and, where appropriate, restore credits or suggest a workaround.
